Heritage Innovation Partnership #3 Salerno
Today, June 19, 2019, a technical meeting of the Heritage Innovation Partnerships (HIPs) will be held at the City Hall with the representatives of the administrative sectors of the Municipality of Salerno, in order to present and discuss the first results of the public consultation and of the workshops carried out in the first phase of the CLIC project, and to define a shared vision for the elaboration of the Local Action Plan (LAP) for the reuse of cultural heritage in Salerno, from the perspective of the circular economy and the emerging model of “circular city”.

Participation of CLIC project to the 15th Research & Innovation Conference
CLIC took part in the 15th Research & Innovation Conference organized by the University of Portsmouth – Faculty of Business and Law. This is an annual event and aims to expound to the university community the research papers and projects made by the research staff on the six inter-disciplinary thematic areas identified by the University Research and Innovation Strategy.

Participation of CLIC project to the 25th International Conference on Multiple Criteria Decision Making – “MCDM beyond the Information Age”
CLIC took part in the 25th International Conference on Multiple Criteria Decision Making organised by the International Society on MCDM. This is an international conference of researchers and practitioners to highlight the latest application of MCDM tools to sustainable-management challenges and to explore optimal decision-making around social, environmental, health, safety, and performance objectives.

Heritage Innovation Partnership #3 in Västra Götaland Region
The third HIP meeting was held in Västra Götaland Region in partnership with Uppsala University on May 15th, 2019. The key points discussed were: the relation between entrepreneurship and adaptive re-use of historic buildings, place-making and gentrification processes, through the experience of Ringön, and possible lessons learned for the CLIC cases.
