CLIC Partners participation to the Heritage Innovation Partnership Urban Seeding Initiative by University of Nova

Gillian Foster of WU held a presentation for the students and faculty enrolled in the HIP Urban Seeding Initiative by the University of Nova Gorica for architectural students in Rijeka, Croatia. The topic of the presentation was the environmental element of Circular Economy. Particularly, the environmental aspects of adaptive reuse projects.  The presentations’ goal was to teach the students about the main environmental impacts risks and opportunities of the types of adaptive reuse projects they would be designing for abandoned or underused sites in Rijeka.

The title of the presentation was “Circular Economy Strategies for Adaptive Reuse of Cultural Heritage Buildings to Reduce Environmental Impacts”.
