Description	The concept of the architectural design tried to restore the authentic aspect as much as possible to present the monument. The main idea of the design is the use of original materials and architectural elements. The design of the inner ambient tries to preserve as many of the existing and newly discovered original elements of the manor as possible. The newly added elements are designed in minimalist form, neutral colours and natural oak wood.
Description of the economic, social and environmental impacts of the project	Adaptation of local deteriorated mansion for the municipal administrative offices and cultural centre provided long-term use and funding for the maintenance of a cultural heritage building, regain its integrity and significance, creating a previously missing local town center.
