Heritage Innovation Partnership #3 at Pakhuis de Zwijger Foundation

The third Heritage Innovation Partnership at Pakhuis de Zwijger Foundation was structured in two meetings.

The first one took place on 4th July as an internal workshop with programmemakers and communication team focusing on the Foundation Business Model.

The second meeting was held on 4th November as an external workshop involving all partners of the Foundation, at financial, content and individual level. It represented a key moment in the relationship between Pakhuis de Zwijger and its partners who were actively involved in a debate on their current priorities in relation to the city. The aim of the meeting was, on one hand, to get information on the needs and wishes of local stakeholders for the coming period (in particular in terms of level of satisfaction and expectations from the partnership with Pakhuis) and, on the other one, to receive their feedbacks on the existing financial models adopted by Pakhuis de Zwijger Foundation, for possible improvement strategies for a more circular and sustainable financial model.
