HIP #2 at Pakhuis de Zwijger Foundation

The main objectives of the second Heritage Innovation Partnership Meeting at Pakhuis de Zwijger Foundation were the following:

  • Charting how decision making takes place in the area of ​​sustainability in Pakhuis de Zwijger (internal organization);
  • Identifying a common outline of ambition in the area of ​​sustainability;
  • Naming measures that the organization wants to work on in the near future.

The overall opinion was that Pakhuis de Zwijger already does a lot in the area of ​​sustainability, particularly in the area of waste separation, energy saving, biological and local food. In addition, the attitude and motivation on sustainability among the staff was considered sufficient. Nevertheless, clear figures on the ecological impact of these measures were not available. Therefore, it came to the conclusion that this aspect could be further investigated in the next meetings.
